I’ve noticed my new pack of 4CYTE™ Canine are a different size, colour and smell. Is there something wrong with them?While granules can vary from batch to batch, the efficacy and safety of the product does not change at all. 4CYTE™ is a natural product, and the variation can be due to seasonal changes impacting the ingredients. Please note that every batch of granules is tested and analysed before being cleared and packaged for sale. Regarding variation in granule size, your scoop will hold either 5-6 large granules, or 7-8 small granules. Overall, however, the volume of active is very similar in both scenarios.

My cat is fussy. How can I administer 4CYTE™ without him turning his nose up?It’s not unusual for cats to be reluctant to try something unfamiliar. To combat this, try to introduce 4CYTE™ slowly, mixing it well into the food, starting with a drop and working up to the 0.5-1ml over a week or two.
